You acknowledge and agree that:
- Your content may be stored on our servers and synchronized across your devices when you are signed in.

“User Content” means any content you submit to, create in, or use with the Services, including prompts, notes, titles, categories, snapshots/versions, comments (if enabled), and any other content.
You are solely responsible for your User Content and you represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to submit and use your User Content and to grant the licenses in these Terms.
5.2 Private vs. Public Content
Some User Content is private by default (e.g., prompts stored in your library), while other content may be shared publicly (e.g., prompts you choose to publish to the Market).
If you choose to publish User Content publicly:
- Your public content may be viewable by other users and the public.
- Other users may be able to copy, save, and adapt your published prompts within the product experience, consistent with the purpose of the Market.
- You understand that once published, content may be widely redistributed by third parties outside our control.
